Aleanca LGBT is pleased to announce three new calls for experts as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen the socio-economic inclusion and rights of LGBTIQ+ people in Albania.
As a leading Albanian civil society organisation, Aleanca LGBT works to address barriers faced by LGBTIQ+ individuals in employment and economic participation. According to Aleanca’s 2024 community survey, 32% of LGBTIQ+ respondents reported experiencing workplace discrimination, while an ERA 2023 report found that 41% of Albanians would feel uncomfortable working alongside LGBTIQ+ colleagues.
To address these challenges, Aleanca LGBT is seeking qualified experts and professionals for the following positions:
- Legal Expert & Economic Expert for Policy Research and Advocacy
- LGBTIQ+ Inclusive Workplace Expert & Private Sector Engagement Specialist
- LGBTIQ+ Inclusion Expert & Skills Development Specialist
Through these assignments, Aleanca aims to strengthen evidence-based advocacy, promote inclusive workplace policies, and enhance employment opportunities and skills development for LGBTIQ+ individuals.
