Call for Experts: Two New Tenders to Support LGBTI+ Organizations in Albania and Kosovo

ERIM (Equal Rights & Independent Media), in partnership with the Agence Française de Développement and the European Union, announces two open calls for tenders under the PRIDE++ project. These initiatives aim to strengthen the capacity of LGBTQI+ organizations in Albania and Kosovo through targeted support and training.

Trauma-Informed Care Capacity Building

ERIM is seeking an expert to lead the development of a Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) manual and deliver a comprehensive training program for professionals working in day centers and shelters for LGBTQI+ individuals. The expert will conduct a desk review on TIC practices in Albania and Kosovo, deliver a 5-day training program, develop a practical TIC manual tailored to local needs, and submit a narrative report summarizing the training outcomes.

Mentoring and Capacity Building for LGBTQI+ Organizations

ERIM is also inviting applications from experts or teams to support three partner organizations in Albania and Kosovo. The work includes conducting Organizational Capacity Assessments, developing strategic action plans and tailored training, providing ongoing mentoring, and organizing experience-sharing workshops. The expert will also support advocacy efforts for the official recognition of the risk management protocol.

Applicants may apply for one or both missions outlined in the tender.
